Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. LootMachi is based in Telangana, India. These terms are a starting template — have them reviewed by counsel before relying on them.

Welcome to LootMachi. By accessing or using our website and apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use LootMachi

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. India's DPDP Act treats anyone under 18 as a child, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data (see our Privacy Policy). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing support@lootmachi.com.

3. Community submissions and content

LootMachi lets members submit deals, vote, and comment. You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant LootMachi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. Submissions are reviewed and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post spam, fake deals, misleading prices, malware, or unlawful content;
• harass other users or infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• manipulate votes, comments, or rankings through automated or coordinated means.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Deals, prices, and affiliate links

Deals are gathered from retailers and community members. Prices, availability, and terms change constantly and may be inaccurate or expired by the time you view them. Always confirm the final price and terms on the retailer’s own site before buying. LootMachi does not sell the products listed and is not party to any transaction between you and a retailer.

LootMachi may earn a commission when you buy through links on the Service, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of deals, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated signals (e.g. the “deal check”) can be wrong.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootMachi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchases you make from third-party retailers.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time; material changes take effect when posted. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Intellectual property & copyright

The LootMachi name, logo, and the design, software, and original content of the Service are owned by LootMachi and protected by intellectual-property laws. We respect the rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@lootmachi.com with: your contact details; identification of the work; the URL/location of the material; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your signature. We will respond to valid notices under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and the U.S. DMCA where applicable), and may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or your ability to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over your district.

11. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and LootMachi regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
